If you have not started it, you can have your money back at any point in that 12-month window. No form to fill in, just ask.
Each exam is delivered instantly and the questions are visible the moment it opens. Once it has been started, it has been used.
You buy, you own the account, and the reports come to you. Your child sits the exam and sees a neutral finishing screen.
About buying.
Is this a subscription?
No. You buy exams once and they are yours for 12 months. There is no recurring charge, no card kept on file for renewal, and nothing to cancel.
Can I buy more exams later?
Yes, at the single-exam price. If you think your child will sit more than one, the bundle is cheaper bought up front.
Can two children share one purchase?
Exams are tied to one student so that progress tracking means something. If you have two children preparing, each needs their own exams.
What if the exam does not work on our computer?
Tell us and we will either fix it or refund you, whether or not the exam has been opened. That case is on us, not on you.
Do prices change for the other exams?
Every exam we publish is priced the same way — per exam, with a discount for buying several. TACHS, HSPT, Regents and the state exams will follow this structure.
Is there a discount for schools or tutoring centers?
Get in touch. Volume arrangements are handled case by case rather than through a published price.
